Wintry Blue
Had a snowy day with time to play with my nails. This sparkly blue seemed perfect for the season!
This color is Nicole's Rich in Spirit. It's a really lovely blue with a hint of green or teal to it in some lights.
The best part of it is the sparkle. It's not glittery but more of a foil, with tiny little sparkles that are truly dazzling. You'll definitely be mesmerized by this color. I did three thin coats for full coverage.

French Mani with Glitter Tips
Here's Julep's Jennifer. Pretty color, barely-there-pink. This is two coats, but one coat would have been fine for just some sheer color for a shiny, natural look. It would be a great base for a French manicure.
I found it just a bit boring by itself, however. So I jazzed it up with some Julep Vanessa on the tips, making a glitter tip French mani. I think Vanessa alone would be too light, but I love the subtle change it makes on my tips. It looks like I dipped my fingers into something sparkly!
Also did one little fun accent nail by adding a flower from Konad stamp m60 in white and adorning it with a little bauble from my last Julep order. Of course I covered the whole shebang with a clear topcoat.
Still thinking about signing up for Julep's maven program? Here's a new referral link. If you're one of the first 1000 you can use the code SHAREON to get your intro box for just one penny! Julep just keeps getting better all the time!

Julep Giveaway
I've decided that since I love so many of the Julep colors I may very well have to get them all. Fortunately there's a contest for this very thing: a chance to win Julep's whole polish line!

I've got plaid nails!
Here's my first attempt at nail art stamping: Plaid Nails!
The pattern is from Konad nail stamp m60.
I used two Julep colors: Keira over Shania. I love this pearly gray and deep burgundy color combo.
It's my first attempt and admittedly a bit wonky, but it's so much fun. I'll definitely be doing nail stamping again!
